Accessibility statement

Our target

This site is designed and built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2, level AA. That standard is the reference we work to throughout.

What has been done

• Pages use standard landmarks, headings run in order, and each page has exactly one level-one heading
• A skip link to the main content is the first focusable item on every page
• Everything can be operated with a keyboard alone. Focus order follows reading order. The mobile menu and the filter panel keep focus inside them while open and return focus to the control that opened them
• The focus indicator is clearly visible on both light and dark backgrounds, and is never removed
• Colour contrast meets level AA: at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text, icons and the boundaries of interactive elements
• Buttons, links and controls have a hit area of at least 44 by 44 pixels, with enough space between them
• Every image has alternative text; decorative images take empty alternative text so screen readers skip them
• Every image declares its width and height, so content does not shift as the page loads
• Form fields have labels that are genuinely associated with them. Error messages are tied to the field concerned and announced to screen readers as they appear
• Collapsible sections use the browser's own disclosure element, and data tables have proper header cells
• The site honours the operating system's reduced-motion setting. With it on, decorative animation stops and content simply appears
• Nothing moves automatically for more than five seconds without a control, nothing plays audio on its own, and nothing flashes rapidly
• Thai text is set at 17 pixels or larger, Thai headings keep a line height of at least 1.3, and letter spacing is never tightened, so tone marks and vowels do not collide
• The page language matches the tree being served, and text in the other language within a page is marked up as such
• Content remains readable with text enlarged to 200 per cent and with the page zoomed to 400 per cent, without horizontal scrolling
• Links that open an external site are marked as such before you click

Known limitations

• Screen reader testing does not yet cover every combination of reader, browser and operating system, particularly for Thai speech output
• No independent external audit has been carried out yet
• Some products are still awaiting real photography and appear as a labelled placeholder rather than an image
• Third-party documents and files we link to may not meet the same standard as our own pages
• Retailer sites we link to are outside our control, and we cannot vouch for their accessibility
• A few data tables need horizontal scrolling on very narrow screens, although they can be scrolled from the keyboard

How we assessed the site

We self-assess against WCAG 2.2 level AA, combining automated checks with manual testing: keyboard-only operation, a review of heading and landmark order, contrast measurement, text enlargement and page zoom, and checks at both desktop and mobile widths. We re-check whenever content or page structure changes significantly.
