The label on the pack is always authoritative

• Read the label, warnings, ingredients, directions, storage instructions and expiry date on the pack before every use
• Where this site and the pack in your hand differ, follow the pack
• Formulations, ingredients and product details can change between production runs, and the site may not yet reflect the change
• If you have a known allergy to an ingredient, or you are unsure about using a product with children, older people, during pregnancy or alongside a medical condition, ask a doctor or pharmacist first
• If irritation or any unwanted reaction occurs, stop using the product and consult a health professional

Claims and statements on product pages

• We show a property only where it appears on the actual pack or is supported by a document. Statements that come from the pack carry a footnote saying so
• Anything not yet verified is shown as a slot awaiting confirmation, or is not shown at all. We do not fill in text to make a page look complete
• Stated product properties describe the product; they are not a guarantee of a particular result for you, which varies with how the product is used and with individual skin or health

Product images and colour

• Pack images on this site may differ from the goods on sale, depending on the production run and the date
• Images that are renders, illustrative scenes or otherwise created for presentation carry a status label on the image
• Colours on screen depend on your device and its settings, so they may differ from the real product

Reference prices

• Prices on this site are reference prices from the named sales channel, on the date checked, which is shown next to the price
• A reference price is not an offer to sell, excludes delivery and other charges, and may not match what a retailer actually charges
• Prices vary by shop, channel, pack size, promotion and date. The price the retailer charges at the time you buy is the price that applies
• This site does not sell anything. Every purchase link takes you to a named external retailer

• Certification marks, manufacturing standards and registration numbers shown on this site apply only to the product, factory and scope stated in that entry
• A certification is valid on the terms and for the period set by the certifying body, and does not automatically extend to other products in the same range

• A product appearing on this site is not a guarantee that it is stocked in every shop or at every time
• Pack sizes, fragrances and colours shown may be available only through some channels, and may be discontinued or added to
• Check availability directly with the retailer you intend to buy from

• News items and information drawn from external sources name the source and reflect the position on the date of publication
• We update the site when we receive new information we can verify, but we do not warrant that every page is current at all times

Reporting a product problem

If you have a quality or safety concern about a product, tell us through the contact form. Give the product name, the pack size, the lot number or production date printed on the pack, and where you bought it. Those details let the item be traced back to its production run.
